Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your Brave Step Designs purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions from there.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Meet the Author

Hi, I’m Heather — the creator of Brave Step Books and Brave Step Designs.

I created the Suzie children’s book series for children who are learning that bravery does not have to be loud, perfect, or fearless. Sometimes bravery looks like a small step, a quiet hello, a deep breath, or trying again when something feels hard.

This printable was made as a gentle reminder for the little hearts we love most — the children who need to hear that they are loved, capable, enough, and braver than they think.

My hope is that it gives you a sweet, simple way to encourage your child at home, in a classroom, in a reading corner, or anywhere they may need a little extra courage.
